1. Contact Us: via email, phone, or our Vacation Information Request Form

2. Initial Meeting: We discuss your travel goals, budget, traveling party, any celebrations, and any diverse or special needs or wants for the trip.

3. We Provide a Travel Quote: We take all the information that you provided in our initial meeting and create a quote for you that aligns your goals and budget.

4. Follow-Up Meeting: We will meet again to go over the quote and answer your questions.

5. Book Your Magical Vacation: Once you have approved your quote we take care of booking your trip. In addition, we will continue to keep a watchful eye out for any discounts that apply to your trip to make sure you are getting the best deal possible!

6. Follow Up Meeting: Your experience is extremely important to us, and we want to hear all about it! After your trip we would love to hear all the good things and the things you wished went differently so we know how to guide you and other clients on future trips. We are continually looking for feedback, growing, and learning.
